GEMEC specialises in the investigation, assessment and remediation of soil and groundwater contamination. We have extensive experience in routine groundwater monitoring/sampling, the assessment of “greenfield”, “brownfield”, industrial land pre-purchase due diligence and contaminated site investigations.

We have been serving the environmental needs of the petroleum industry, mining industry and business in Western Australia, the South Pacific and Middle East for over 10 years, specialising in the assessment and remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater.

We have installed and manage a number of groundwater remediation systems and undertake routine groundwater monitoring at over 80 locations in Western Australia. Our company is currently supervising remedial projects in locations as diverse as Oman in the Middle East, Samoa in the South Pacific and Karratha in the northwest of Western Australia.

Upon this basis, we have expanded our range of environmental services offered to industry, building companies, government departments, commercial land owners and financial institutions ensuring the provision of quality environmental advice and service at reasonable rates across all sectors.
